## Idea
There are two equivalent definitions of vectors of length `n`. First, a **listed
vector** of length `n` is a list of `n` elements of type `A`. Secondly, a
**functional vector** of length `n` is a map `Fin n → A`. We define both types
of vectors and show that they are equivalent.
